You agree to use Yap Hat only for lawful jobsite documentation and safety-record purposes.
Subscription terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Founding-member pricing applies to the Starter plan and is locked for the first 12 months.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-organized drafts before they become finalized records.
Disclaimers
Yap Hat supports documentation and record organization. It does not provide legal, insurance, OSHA, or regulatory advice and does not guarantee compliance outcomes, insurance pricing, claim results, or underwriting decisions.
Limitation of liability
Yap Hat's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
